1. General conditions.

1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how SIA “ARTKATO” (hereinafter also referred to as the “Data Controller”) obtains, processes and stores personal data that SIA “ARTKATO” obtains from its customers and persons who visit the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject” or “you ”).

1.2. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person („Data Subject”). Processing means any operation which is performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, use, erasure or destruction etc.

1.3. The Data Controller observes the data processing principles provided by law and is able to confirm that personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation.

2.1. Personally identifiable information is collected, processed and stored by the Data Controller, mainly through the online store website and e-mail.

2.2. By visiting and using the services provided in the online store, you agree that any information provided is used and managed in accordance with the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy

4.1.2. Request the correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

4.1.3. Delete your personal data ("be forgotten"), unless the law requires you to keep the data;

4.1.4. Withdraw your prior consent to the processing of personal data;

4.1.5. Restrict the processing of your data - the right to request that we temporarily stop processing all your personal data;

4.1.6. Contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate You can submit a request to exercise your rights by sending the request electronically by writing to our e-mail.

5. Final provisions

5.1. This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( General Data Protection Regulation), as well as the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

5.2. The Data Controller has the right to make changes or additions to the Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. The amendments take effect after their publication on the website.
